Renee Bangerter has been a composition instructor for 14 years and is instrumental in training faculty in the practical uses of technology, including implementing Turnitin. Renee currently teaches English at Saddleback College in California, and was an early test pilot for GradeMark with e-rater.

Dave Keller has been using writing as a central component of his high school history and social studies classes for over 15 years. He first began using Turnitin in 1999 and is an advocate for using technology across the curriculum. He was an early test pilot during the e-rater initial testing phase.

Gene Bouie is Manager of Product Management and Sales for the Higher Education Division of ETS with responsibility for the College Programs Products and Services. Gene joined ETS in 2001 and became Director of the SAT Contact Center in 2005. He has over 20 years of customer service and sales experience.

Ray Huang is the Customer Programs Manager for Turnitin. He regularly writes for the Turnitin blog and newsletters, organizes user events, and oversees training resources. He will be moderating this webinar.
